Company Information
Wolfson Associates are a small Accountant Practice, based in North London and founded in 1990. Their core values have always been, and will remain, to offer their clients the highest level of customer service at a price that suits their pocket. Their intention over the coming years, is to encourage clients to use them as a "one stop shop" for all business related issues, and be viewed more as a Business Associate rather than the Archetypal Accountant.
Website Requirements
When we approached Wolfson Associates regarding a Website, he told us he had been looking for a suitable supplier for many months. Obviously, value for money was a key factor, however, being able to work with a supplier he could trust was also important. He did not, particularly, want to be tied into any contract and needed to know the process for terminating our relationship in the event he was unhappy with our service. Our one-off cost approach and the ability to easily change suppliers at any time without penalties, allowed Ian to move ahead with the project. Ian's reason for wanting a Website was quite clear; "by not having a Website, I feel, as a business, we loose a little bit of credibility".
Website Development
Apart from the obvious changes to the Business Name and removing Audit from the animated Navigation Bar, very little modification was needed to the basic Website Template. Over 95% of the standard written content was re-used, significantly, reducing development time and making the process much easier for our client.
They were very keen for existing clients to use the new Website and, therefore, decided to implement our Tax Rates & Allowances module at the same time. Once the Website was up-and-running and they realised existing clients were using the new site, they decided to extend the functionality by incorporating our News Publishing module. This allows our client to post important news bulletins that, hopefully, will be of benefit to clients and any other visitors to their Website.
