We prefer clients to pay for the actual work carried out on their Website and not for unnecessary administration overheads.
Contact Methods, Free Voice And Video Meetings
All Websites we design are developed using the same process irrespective of where our client is based. Due to the nature of Web Design, there is no need for any on-site meetings. Therefore, our International clients receive, exactly, the same level of service as local, UK based customers. Initial enquiries, typically, are made via Email or by completing one of our Online Contact Forms.
Free International Voice Conversations
Voice conversations can either be, via standard telephone or by Internet. The Internet option is ideal for International clients who may be concerned about long distance telephone costs. Our preferred option is Skype, a button for which, is included in our Contact Page. The button is automatically updated with our Online status. However, if MS Messenger is your preferred Internet communication device, then we are quite happy hold all conversations via this tool.
Video meetings can be arranged by either of the above Internet options and are by appointment only.

What Technology Do We Use To Develop Websites?
All Websites we design are developed using the World's leading Website Design Software, Macromedia. This ensures our code meets proven industry standards and makes your Website highly portable in the event you wish to move to another supplier. All graphics are optimised for quick download using Macromedia Fireworks and all animations are developed using Macromedia Flash.
For Database Applications, we develop solutions using the popular MySQL and PHP Server model.
Professional Website Design Process
If you choose to develop your new Website using one of our Professional Website Templates, then the design process is greatly simplified. Even if you prefer totally Custom Designed Web Pages, the Website Templates are still a great source of ideas.
If taking the Template route and using us to develop your Website, clients usually prepare a shortlist of their favourite Web Templates for further discussion. Based on your own unique requirements, we will point out the merits of each design to help you decide which one best meets your requirements.
Bringing Together Your Requirements
Once a Template has been chosen, our Process Document is sent to you for completion. Basically, this document gives advice for good Online Copywriting and is used for collecting all written text for your new site.
If you prefer Custom Designed Web Pages then, obviously, more time will need to be spent on the design process. Once we have an idea of the look and feel required, we then prepare Screenshots of key page layouts for your approval. Once approved, our Process Document will be sent for completion.
