The beginning
The Practice were founded back in 1979 by David Smith, who served his time at some of the UK's leading Accountancy firms. He set up practice in Welwyn Garden City, which remains our Head Office to this day. Since then we have opened offices throughout the United Kingdom and are known for our innovative approach to Accountancy services. We have approximately 250 staff in eight locations and plan to open a further three over the coming year. We are an established firm, you could say!

Objectives
Our intention over the coming years is to encourage our clients to use The Holt Partnership as a "one stop shop" for all business related issues and be viewed more as a Business Associate rather than the Archetypal Accountant. This is reflected in our new groundbreaking Consultancy approach where clients can qualify for Free advice. We will continue to add to our portfolio of Services and create new partnerships to help The Practice and it's clients become more efficient and profitable in this (excuse the cliché) new electronic age.
