The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has called on small business owners to show flexibility towards their staff during the forthcoming World Cup season, which begins on 9 June.

New research has revealed that a clear majority of workers would be prepared to extend the duration of their working lives, and would like mandatory retirement ages to be scrapped in favour of more flexible working arrangements.
