Register you a Domain Name
We will register a new Domain Name if you haven't one already. You can check your chosen name in the box provided above. You become the legal owner of the Domain Name. If you already have a Domain Name, we can transfer the Name to our own Servers on your behalf. If at any time you are unhappy with our service, you can move your Domain Name to a new supplier at no extra cost.
Website Hosting
We will host your new Website on the Internet for the duration of one year. If at any time you are unhappy with our service, you can move to another supplier at no extra cost. You will also have access to a Control Panel enabling you, amongst other things, to add or change Email addresses and set up Spam Filters..
System Set-up
We will configure the Shopping Cart to your exact requirements and we achieve this by sending our Process Document (questionnaire written in Word) for you to complete. Support is available during the completion of the document at no extra charge. The document covers areas such as, Product categories and sub-categories, payment and delivery methods, promotional pricing, membership levels, how the system displays various information, VAT requirements, specific product options, automatic Email notifications, general business information, admin user passwords, and much, much more.
Homepage (£1695 option)
A Homepage, similar to the one in our demonstration site will be created to cover your own particular requirements and includes editing user supplied pictures or sourcing professional images for the same purpose.
Page Headers and Footers (£1695 option)
Page banners and footers can be changed (to a certain degree) to reflect the personality of your business. Navigation options within these banners can also be changed, if required.
System Look And Feel (£3695 option)
E-commerce Websites developed using one of our other designs, will be changed to reflect the wealth of features within the "core On-line Shopping Engine".
User Documentation
Comprehensive documentation is available and unlimited amount of copies can be printed at no extra charge.
Telephone Training Using Our On-line Shops
Once the On-line shop has been developed, it is then passed over to shop owners for product entry. At this stage, we will take them through all the documentation and help create their first products on the system. This can be done manually (allows users to familiarise themselves with the system) or can be automated, to an extent, by importing user generated CSV files.
Site Testing
Once the On-line Shop has reached the stage where all system parameters and products have been entered, site testing begins. Site testing is completed by both customers and ourselves. Our Process Document, includes a checklist that must be completed before the system is made live to the general Internet community.
Business Email
We will create new business Email addresses for you and your staff and help configure your Email Client i.e Outlook Express to incorporate the new address. 20 POP Email accounts are included and 50 Email addresses (set up as Aliases) i.e. Aliases could be info@yourcompany.co.uk, admin@yourcompany.co.uk etc. You will have access to add and change your Email or, alternatively, we can make changes on your behalf at no extra cost.
