Out the office a lot? Not a problem! Simply, logon to your own Web Mail via the Internet to view, reply and send new Emails. Below, are summaries of the services, you will have at your fingertips. Please note, some services are dependent on your Hosting Plan.
Email Summary
Gives a quick snapshot of your Email set-up to quickly find out, who has Mail Boxes/POP accounts as opposed to Email Forwarders. Includes quick links to specific accounts.
Email Forwarders
Allows clients to either, keep their Email set-up as simple as possible or create generic Email addresses to be handled by groups of people.
For example, create a Forwarder for jsmith@your-domain.com and send it to your existing jsmith@hotmail.com account. Or create a generic Forwarder for sales@ and send Emails addressed to this account, to a maximum of 10 different people within your Sales Force.
Catchall Address
Create a catchall address to ensure, all Emails addressed to @your-domain.com, always get processed. Even though, your Email may be, jsmith@your-domain.com, Emails addressed to johnsmith@, js@ and jjsmithh@ etc, will always get through.
Mail Boxes/POP Accounts
Configure local PC's within your business using industry standard Email Clients, such as, Microsoft Outlook, to access our Email servers and download Email, directly, to local PC's. Or dial into your Mail Box via the Internet, to pick up and send Email. Email Clients can be configured to either, use your existing ISP to send Emails or by using our built-in SMTP Mail Server.
Email Filter Logs
Clients have the ability to define, an Email address for sending a log of all Email sent to their own Spam Folder. Much better than the "black hole" approach used by many other Hosting suppliers.
Junk Email/Spam
Our comprehensive Junk Email Filters allow clients to create filters by;
- Individual Email address.
- By whole Domains
- Reject by Sender or Domain
- Allow by sender or Domain
Each filter can have it's own forwarding Email address for sending all junk mail to. Different filter levels can also be set, individually.
Email Distribution Lists
If you have ever wanted visitors to your Website to have the option of, automatically, subscribing to your Newsletters, now you can. Depending on which Hosting Plan is purchased, various Distribution lists can be set up, for example, to handle new product launches, special promotions and business events etc. A simple piece of code, can then be inserted into the relevant page, allowing visitors to easily subscribe to Newsletters. In turn, your ThpAdmin Control Panel is updated with new users and their Email addresses. No need to re-input the information. Quickly create and send Automatic Email Responders when out of the office or on holiday. Confirm who Responders were sent to by sending a copy to an Email address of your choice.
Web Mail
We offer one of the most powerful and flexible WebMail systems on the Internet today. Features include, your own address book, search features, customisable interface and scheduling.
Login to webmail.your-domain-name.com, from anywhere with an Internet connection and review, reply, and send new emails. Import Address Books and never be without important contact details when away from the business. Allow other users to update your Web Calendar with upcoming events or appointments when out of the office.
Email Copy To SMS & Email Notify to SMS
Email copy to SMS, allows you to receive copies of emails via SMS. For example you can set an email address, such as, sms@yourdomain.co.uk, and have all emails sent to this address, automatically, copied as text messages to your mobile phone.
Email notify to SMS allows you to get notifications of emails you've received via SMS. For example, you can set an email address, such as, sms@yourdomain.co.uk, and have custom notification messages sent to your mobile phone, whenever, that address gets an email message.
