Adding/Editing Surveys or Polls

This is the first page when entering the system. the user has the option to view existing Survey campaigns, create Online Polls or edit/delete current campaigns, and flag which campaign is active at any one time.

Adding Questions

At any time, users can edit existing Surveys and add new questions, delete existing ones or alter the question sequence. Only three fields need to be completed, campaign number, add question and question answers.

Viewing Results

Results are kept for all Polls until they are manually deleted by the user. The results show for every question; number of votes for each answer, total number of answers, percentage vote for each answer of total. Results for each question are also shown in graphical format. These results can also be viewed by Website visitors if the option was flagged in campaign set-up.

System Preferences

Users have the option to set the number of questions appearing in the results page at any one time before a second page is created automatically. The option can also be set to disallow multiple votes by the same person. Email notification can be defined, informing the user when a vote has been cast on the system. Font size and colour can also be edited.
